A University of Florida graduate in Operations Management, Damon returned to his St. Augustine roots to carry on his family’s real estate legacy. After flipping over 30 properties, he co-founded STA Realty with partner Bobby Appleby and took ownership of Haley’s Court.

Damon’s most personal achievement is the full renovation of Haley’s Court, a 16-room motel originally purchased by his father, Tommy Lee. Hands-on and community-focused, Damon led the transformation alongside his family, turning the space into a heartfelt tribute to his father and the Vilano Beach area.

Whether he’s guiding real estate clients or swinging a hammer on a remodel, Damon is driven by a passion for property and people. Off the clock, you’ll find him surfing Vilano, golfing, or cheering on the Gators and the Jags.
